SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

Currently we only offer shipping to UK customers. All orders are dispatched within in 2-3 working days and sent via Royal Mail second class (2-3 working days) unless otherwise stated. 

We offer free shipping on orders over £100

If you would like to upgrade to tracked postage, please contact us before ordering.

We do not take responsibility for an inaccurate address and once the order has been sent out this is out of our hands, However if you notice straight away contact us and we can see if we are able to rectify it   

RETURNS

We only sell products that we are truly happy with. However if you decide you are not happy with the order or product we may be able to offer you a full refund within 14 days.

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty. Tracked delivery is recommended, the order remains the customers responsibility until we receive it back as we can’t take the responsibility or process refunds for lost or undelivered items. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the return, providing it is in a saleable condition. 

Please notify us using the contact form to to let us know what you would like to return and an address can be supplied.

We accept exchanges as long as the products are returned in original condition. 

Returns are accepted in the case of faulty or damaged products. Please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos showing the fault or damage.
